Facilities and resources
Our school offers a range of spaces, tools and resources to support student learning. Whether it’s for study, sport, creativity or technology, our learning environments and resources give students what they need to succeed.
Our school facilities

- Art, music, and performance spaces for creative learning
- Sensory indoor and outdoor spaces.
- A large outdoor grass area with two covered play spaces, basketball and netball courts, food-produce gardens, fixed play equipment, and a sensory play area
- Multi-categorical and sensory support classes, catering inclusively for students with additional learning needs.
Resources and technology
Our school uses modern technology and digital learning tools. Our resources help students learn, create and stay connected. As a NSW public school, we have access to shared programs and tools available to all schools in the state.
The Learning Hub
The Learning Hub is located in the centre of our school, and is a multi-purpose facility, housing our library, shared collaborative space, robotics program, and is used by classes, transition programs, community organisations, as well as being a favourite place for many of our students during play breaks. Annexed off the library is the Sensory Room, home to our occupational therapy program and outfitted with the latest in proprioceptive, sensory, and self-regulation tools. This valued space is used by individuals and groups, with students developing the skills to self-regulate, reset and reengage in their learning efficiently and effectively.
Hall
Our school hall has seen an impressive upgrade in recent years and is a warm and inviting hub for our whole school and community. Used in a variety of ways, our hall is home to NNOOSH before and after school care morning and afternoon and during school holidays. It is also used for weekly assemblies; visiting performances; school discos; community events; as well as P&C stalls and festivities. Our hall is outfitted with the latest in sound and lighting technology and with our students’ passion for the performing arts, lends itself beautifully to all manner of entertaining.
Playground
Our playground spaces are a veritable smorgasbord of choice, meeting the diverse needs of all students from kindergarten to Year 6. From our lush green back flat which hosts enthusiastic sporting games every play break, to our digging and sand pits, spinning pods, quiet area, handball arenas, covered outdoor spaces housing fun and engaging options, and basketball court, there is something for everyone. The highlight for many of our students is the imaginative state of the art pirate ship equipment, surrounded by a sea of blue and a range of interactive and inclusive options, this recent addition to our playground is certainly a hit.
